After years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have transformed the traditional hotel into modern, stylish apartments. From 2026, we welcome guests seeking the perfect retreat amidst unspoiled nature. Our apartments offer the ideal setting for relaxation and well-being. Our house looks back on a long and eventful history. It was built in 1786 by the Malingamba family and later served as the Hotel Acquarossa Terme. As early as the 19th century, those seeking relaxation came from near and far to enjoy the tranquility and the soothing surroundings of Acquarossa. <\/h3><\/div>

Between 1885 and 1886, the building was converted into a hotel and opened as “Albergo Sucursalle Terme” \u2013 a place where guests found relaxation and connection. In 1911, an additional floor was added to the house. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Today, more than two centuries later, we have breathed new life into this special place. With great passion and respect for its history, we have carefully renovated the historic building and transformed it into four lovingly designed vacation rentals. It was important to us to preserve the original character of the house \u2013 the old walls still tell stories of times past, while modern elements ensure comfort and coziness. <\/h3>
